I understand that others have had this problem but so far those fixes that alleviated the problem. I don't have two monitors. Here is the error information:

In device manager, it says my video card is Intel® HD Graphics.
Otherwise, you'd have to tell me what you need to know. I'm not a big gamer. I just remember playing Tropico 1 as a teenager and figured I'd spend the $5 on Amazon to try this out a couple of times. Now I'm regretting it!

Your graphics card does not meet the requirements of the game.
