Hello all,
Just got Tropico 4 and the expansions in the 75% off sale and have a question about the camera and panning.
At the moment you have to move the mouse to the edge of the screen to move the map while the left-click mouse button doesn't seem to do anything, so I was wondering if there was a way to make the left-click button move the map?

I don't think there is an option to move the map by dragging.
