Online play rejection - Dradgen - 12-04-2012 02:36 AM After downloading The First Templar from steam, I registered as soon as it prompted me to, however, I neglected actually try to browse the campaign or online options once launched. Now 2 days after installation, I launch the game and try to play, but when i reach the title menu, it's saying that my username/password for online play is invalid. So, I go to create one, and now it's saying that my KEY is invalid. What is going on here.... RE: Online play rejection - svetlio - 12-04-2012 09:21 AM The user log-on is case sensitive. Make sure you've typed your username and password with the correct symbols. If the problem persists send me a private message with the username that you've used to register the FIRST time with your key. If the problem persists send me a private message with the username that you've used to register the FIRST time with your key. I never successfully registered a user name; only my email . Can you instead rescind/reset that key/name and allow me to create a User name? Also, I know about the case-sensitivity of the user name (read about it in another thread). The problem lies in the fact that as stated in op, I never created an ingame name and when I tried to create one it stated that my key is invalid. It's really just that simple .
RE: Online play rejection - svetlio - 15-04-2012 11:51 AM OK. But I cannot "rescind/reset that key/name" without knowing your key and name. DONT POST THIS INFORMATION HERE. Send me a PM. |
