I have a retail version of Tropico 3 and a digital version (Impulse) of Absolute Power.
When I try to play the game there are small red cubes with the letter "F" inside them.
These cubes are all over the place.
This has to be a bug and needs to be corrected.

We can not guarantee cross-compatibility between boxed retail and digitally distributed versions of our games as they are using different kinds of copy protection.

If you purchased an application not published by Stardock and are seeking a refund, we must receive authorization from the publisher of the application in question to provide a full refund. under the application's title. If the publisher authorizes a full refund, please have them give Ticket ID: IKF-252441

According to above Stardock will give me a full refund if they receive authorization from Kalypso.
May I please get the authorization sent to them please.
