Has anyone got a link which could help me create a challange as I am stuck . All I have managed to do is create an island and set the starting budget ect. If anyone could help me setting one up and setting objectives that would be great.

why can't I write a small message

I was looking at it and I saw the first bit:

- Starting year of your Challenge (Minimum: 1900!)
- End year of your Challenge (Maximum: 2050!)
- Starting Population (between 10 and 100, likely supersides the value set during island creation)
- Treasury (0$ to 2.147.483.647$)
- % of high-school-absolvents among the starting population (0-75%)
- % of college-absolvents among the starting population (0-50%)
- Quality of Soil (0-150)
- Pollution starting value (0-100)
- Starting tourism value (0-80)

but then it goes onto
chapter I messages??? I don't see what I can do

- Origin: you can specify, whether the message/event should have a special sender (your avatar, all citiziens, a special faction or a customized description)
- Title: headline of the message pop-up
- Text: content of the message

where can I find this
