Kinda shameful you guys at Kalypso haven't even made a post on this. It's 8pm for me on Tuesday. You said Monday.

I've got the game running, but it's disappointing to see this unfold. All these people have given you there money. It is simple courtesy to at least follow up with some communication.

Obviously it's not ready. You might think why bother, when you have no news to give. But it will help quell new angers that are taking hold.

Public relations takes years to develop but can come undone in minutes.

The software industry is ripe with this sort of stuff. In my industry, it would result in huge losses, to both customers and the staff responsible for not showing accountability.

Indeed it is. Not like there's some heavy burden to be taken by making a post on the forum.

Timo haven't been in for 2 days and Dennis was in yesterday a short time so he could have said somthing...

and you guy's whit cd error try do DL a crack o somthing ^^ i saw some cracks but i don't know if they works. if they do you sould be abel to play the game i think. and the crack will dissipear when you install the patch later.

No, I am not downloading a crack. I do not trust some complete strangers download. We are the honest people that paid for the hardcopy of the game. Most of us can wait a little longer, but they are not communicating with us. We are checking for hotfix all day everyday. Just tell us when!

Completely agree with ojoe. We are honest paying customers who wanted a hardcopy game. Most of us are not going to put some strangers hack on our computers. All we ask is some communication, and it gets really annoying to check these forums multiple times a day for the last couple days. Just tell us it should be ready at a distant date so we all will stop complaining everyday. If we just get a day to look forward too, most of us can be patient. It's the promise of the fix on Monday, then not delivering and not following up that has made us so irritated and impatient.

Again it's not the missed delivery. It's the communication fail that's irritating.

I just don't think they care alot, and its sad. There hasn't been an effort made for alot of communication. They released in Russia and other parts of the world 6 months ago, had a UK/rest of Europe launch, then during all this time its launched in NA as unplayabble/bug ridden. Furthermore, they announce an expansion before even that abortive launch, making it seem there is no working being done on the main game, and the expansion is a cash grab.

These preconceptions could be changed if they took any advice that I and others have offered - do some forum interactions, run a poll, run a dev diary of this ongoing patch (that would REALLY be a hit and calm the forums), post updates, do some live Q&A, make just regular posts...but what now its 2 days past the promised date and there was no post by you guys about anything! It's time they started taking the steps needed to show that they care as much about the disciples series as we do.

Yeah, I would love to see daily updates. There just isn't any information though. I would really love to play the game and buy the xpacks, but at this rate I can't picture ever buying anything from this company again. Yes, putting the game out totally broken is an epic fail, but not keeping in touch with your customers is an even bigger one.

To add something a little proactive to the conversation, now may be a good time to do a full Windows Update, make sure you have all the patches/fixes in place. In the past, having outdated Windows has caused problems with some games. The last thing we all need is for the patch to be released and then get some other oddball error message. It also will reduce the number of variables you are dealing with if further problems arise.

Same goes for Video Card, and might as well do motherboard updates as well.
