Hi Guys,

I have been repeatdely having an issue with Healthcare since I upgraded to Absolute Power. For each game I have the Communist faction going Berserk because of bad healthcare even if I build more than enough Hospitals and clinics. Yesterday I got the problem with a population of 150, two hospitals and two clinics built and workers in it. I could notice that there were not that many tropicans going to those buildings. I have been trying to build hospitals and clinics everywhere around the appartment blocks to no avail. I'm at loss here. Anyone experience this issue?
