would definatly make the game much harder from an economy standpoint.

Yes, the gameplay will be more strategic, and so on, more attractive.

Maintaining costs for the cars will happen and they would be broken on the roads, so repairing stations or gaz stations along the roads would be good features to be added to the gameplay.
