No. If you bought the game via Steam, you have to wait till the DLC goes live on Steam. Sorry for the delay.

I do not see anywhere the option to download the DLC. When I press continue I get these options but that is all. http://i42.tinypic.com/2yxf6lg.jpg

No not yet, I thought it was sold through the launcher. Sorry didn't know I have to buy it in another way. I did look in the Kalypso shop but I did not see it there.

Ok I am really sorry I thought that the first post meant the Kalypso launcher that comes up when you launch the game. I did not follow the link on the first post, my mistake Worked like a charm. Thank you very much! Time to get lost in the game again with my favorite manager! Now I wish only one thing would be added along with the DLC and that is the Bee logo that used to exist on the old AT for honey airlines. Aw well can't have it all though Have a great day people!

Noticed the DLC was out for Steam! Thank You.

DLC is now also available via Steam. Along with an updated Demo.

Just bought the new DLC threw the launcher, paid threw paypal, got the email, launched the game, downloaded a small file and there is no new Char.

Any ideas on whats wrong?

What a palava it's been to get onto these forums. I had to make a new account because the password reset feature had me using the new password and then locking myself out and having to wait 10 minutes... despite using the password sent to me in an email. Happened 3 times.

Right I bought the game yesterday from Game.co.uk as a downloadable game and then got the Honey Airlines DLC pack from you all bought and paid for via Paypal, the Kalypso Launcher recognised that I had Airline Tycoon 2 and allowed me to purchase it, yet it doesn't show up in game. I'd appreciate some help please. I did get a tiny download around 468 kbs through the game launcher after purchasing but none of the new content shows up.

We had some difficulties with GAME.CO.UK not implementing the latest patches lately. Could you have a look at the launcher window and tell me what game version it states? It should read 1.24.

Thank you for the speedy reply. I have in the bottom right corner Airline Tycoon 2 1.2.1 and in the bottom left corner Kalypso Launcher 1.2.0.19 and when in the game Main Menu it says v1.21

I did not see the DLC available for purchase via Game so bought it via the link in the launcher.

Yes, you have done everything correctly. The error is on GAME.CO.UK's side. They have not implemented the latest patch. I will follow up on that with them. Thank you for notifying us. I am sorry for your inconvenience.

Yes of course.

I bought the game from Game.co.uk I tried the game with that, bought another copy for my father from Shopto.net. Uninstalled the game.co.uk copy then tried downloading it from shopto.net.

Both sites show 2.1.2.1 on the launcher.

But still , I downloaded the small DLC patch and still nothing.
Do I need the latest patch to play the new DLC?

How will this work? will they send me the patch ? or say nothing?

I don't like giving my money away.

I cannot say how exactly each portal implements the patches. For most of the portals, we do this ourselves via the Kalypso Launcher. But some portals like GAME.CO.UK and Shopto.net have other policies and do this themselves.

But still, money being paid to Kalypso for a product that people do not have is the issue.

So will they as in Game be contacting us? What I don't understand is I bought the Honey Airlines DLC from the Kalypso launcher not from Game so shouldn't it be Kalypso that sorts out the patch?

I just got an email from game.co.uk

it states the following:

Hi,

Thank you for your email.

Unfortunately we do not have access to any patches made for the game. These patches are normally free and are often available on the publishers website.

As such we would advise that you contact the publisher of the game for installation details of any patches required.

I apologise for any inconvenience.

Kalypso are blaming game.co.uk and game.co.uk are referring us to kalypso.

I've had nothing from Game and nothing more from Kalypso. Personally if this is how it is, I'd like a refund on the DLC pack seeing as you checked that I had the game via your launcher before allowing me to purchase it just for it not to work. There was no info on the launcher saying anything about where I had purchased the base game from (like there is on Steam).

I have no interest in being ping-ponged between Kalypso and Game.co.uk. As far as I am concerned Kalypso is the publisher and if retailer's aren't distributing your product as they should, that is your issue.

Totally agree with you. Kalypso has been paid for a product and they have not delivered.

Done that, told to reinstall the game.
Game.co.uk only allow 1 download, then you need to contact their support, Done this too.

I have now sent an email to support@kalypsomedia.com stating basically what I have already said here. I'd still like a refund.

Does having a Polish version of the game I install this add-on?
