HELP! GTX 295 not dx9 compatible??
When I click Play

The critical error windows pop up reads:

You need a supported DX-9 compatible video card with a recent driver to play this game. Check our website for a list of supported chipsets.

I am running windows 7 home premium edition 64 bit.
Intel Duo core E8500 with Asus ENGTX295

I am 100% sure I have the latest video card driver

Can anyone help me?

try going to properties of the Tropico 3 application and selecting "Disable Display scaling on high DPI settings" in Compatibility section. That usually allows people that get that message with a good video card, be able to play the game.

Open up the NVIDIA Control Panel (you can access it through the Windows Control Panel), go to Help -> About, and copy the driver version here (should be 1##.##).

195.62 is the most recent version.

If that doesn't work, try updating DirectX.
