Let's hope the "bug" reported by El Presidente last night didn't infect too many citizens or a variant of H1N1. I doubt the healthcare system on the island can handle all the sick people trying to steal wood from contruction sites!

I've only played Tropico 3 for a week or so, but I have to say I absolutely LOVE it! I've enjoyed computer strategy games for about as long as they've been around, and Tropico 3 is already one of my all-time favorites. The visuals and music (and humor!) gives it an amazingly pleasant atmosphere, and the slow tempo and attention adds to the enjoyment. Tropico just seems like a great place to live - at least if you're El Presidente! I can hardly wait 'til Tropico 4 comes out.

Now to the reason I'm writing this though: What are those codes El Presidente is so generously posting on his twitter? Serial codes?

Those are Steam product keys. You can use them to activate and download Tropico 3 for free via Steam. Well, unless they've already been redeemed, that is.
