I just noticed that my relation with the militarist faction was "Abysmal 0", which I found strange, because I had high wages for them, an army base, military modernization and all the other stuff they could want.

After clicking it I was treated to this

So I turn to page 2

There were more than 20 instances of "- Cancelled "Conscription"". I took a screenshot, but for an unknown reason, my PC froze horribly when I alt+tabbed and I had to do a hard restart.


The story is this. I found a mission from the Army Guy who told me to Issue conscription. Fair enough, I was going to issue it anyway, so I did. I kept it on for 5-7 Years, I took care of all the rebels, fixed up my military and expanded my island.

I decided there is no need for it then and that those people would be more productive as farmers, so I cancelled it. That is when the bug happened. And no, I only issued and cancelled it once, I did not re-issue it later.

This would be a VERY big bug, since it would probably cause an almost instant Coup, however I had to restart my PC so I couldn't tell. Lets hope the devs fix it.

It's a good job you found this that could ruin someones game.

Thank you for that find. This was a very nasty bug which we fixed. I am sorry to say that the bug was due to my mistake when making the faction tasks

Yea I think its AWESOME that Lyubo is an active participant in the forums here. Its really nice to be able to have personal interaction with the developers. I also enjoy reading Timo's posts.
