As mentioned in another thread El Magnifico Presidente wants to make his own Spartan Island thing.

I've already made a poster with El Presidente and Leonidas but I don't want the U.S. invade my Island or Kalypso Media sending Ceville after me for some sort of st*** copyright infringement because of a simple fan art so let's just discuss the basics with me without any visual aid:

How can the economy be running with 300 Soldiers on your Island?

Is "slavery" possible? Considering an Emmigration Ban and a Wage set on 1$ per Day. Of course you need Obstetrics and a contraception ban to produce new slaves.

What kind of necessary jobs do you need to support those soldiers?

The idea is to rely completely and utterly on unrefinded products which will be harversted by slave like tropicans with no more than 1$ wages.

The Elite Military will shoot everyone on sight and has access to the most luxurious army barracks and R&R
So how many Helots you need to support 300 Soldiers (including the hoplite Generals) to have the island running?

Edit: So far I have started a Sandboxgame with 600 Inhabitans and about 210 Soldiers, 200 Children and the rest are slave labor and a handful of specialists (like teachers and oilrig engineers no heavy industry, I don't want any skilled non military men on my island except for military proffessor and the secret police ) it's not efficient and due the fact that the soldiers get from 40$ to 50$ a Month the economy isn't *that* stable.
But THEY are quite happy about my candidacy... Especially the healthcare satisfaction of over 70 is nice... oO
