OK, I have a major problem here. In mission 5 titled "Above all", there are 2 arches on the map. The problem is, I cannot build any roads below the arches! This is so frustrating because mineral deposits are behind one of those arches.

How do I solve this problem? Is anyone here facing the same problem? This needs to be fixed! Thanks!
