C.give some advantage of nonprofit buildings:
- church with upgrades (more places)
- church with ornaments, bell, organ
- end of the world work mode: decreases crime, rebelling, protesting
- marriage ceremony: couples must marry in church, so they should pay a fee for marriage(this could be later removed), giving church some reason to build, at 100% religion hapiness, each single person has bigger chance to marry
-tropicans having multiple wifes
- relationship rating: 100% marriage, 0% divorce, based on entertainment happines, this could encounter randomly especially if no children
- soldiers training modes: collect garbage

- more protest, quest mode, you can answer for protest (send soldiers, send polices, ask what they need and build it with time limit)

- rebels, criminals and unemployed people should plant coca fields, dope and selling it in the city, as they gain money, they could start industries like meth labs, hidden in buildings or building their own, protected by rebels, you should attack them
-lend soldiers or send them to mission in foreign countries, you wil lhave less protection, more xp for them

- old people improve others by talking, telling stories, now they are a bit useless and annoying

- festival or entertainment, for example a building like humanitarian aid, but for more money, a lot of tropicans can drink, increase happines, next time becomes more expensive but factions could demand it

G. general changes to game:
- thirst should be like food, only other category but increasing food quality
- please, soldiers and tourist should not walk on feet
- garages show their sector and area of effect square if possible
- better battle system
- better protest system
- bigger consequence of promises, kills
- buying island terrain, fog of war: black fog around island if you have not bought terrain, if you dont have enough "satelites" or upgrades, research etc.
- private terrain with fixed scale buildings, tropicans can build what they want for example marketplaces, small hotdog stands, coffee shops
-3 types of this: small terrain (fixed scale place with fixed scale building size 1-4-9 sector, tropicans can rent it and build what they want)
-medium size: restaurants, crazy religions, housing
-big size: immigrants if they are enough, they would build entire cartiers, political partids
-privatizations would be demand of nationalist tropicans
-private loot should have road access and small garage

- other islands: tropico pirate cove, had a nice map, we should see a map or other islands, maybe bounds of the island where more uneducated and criminals, rebels come to our island, immigration from nearby island and lands should be handled
-better reeducation, bigger prison more chance to kill each other at start, upgrades like garbage collection, low class jobs, prison management, prison for females only, they should live there, get low living conditions and reeducation should be like education process
- we only should have number of criminals, they should be shown as unemployed until we find them

- tropicans must buy cars or you provide from state, they must study building permit and gain driving experience, they could make accidents

-super skills: one level up from exceptional, only 1 per island, they instantly become professional anywhere they start, they are super skilled, they produce more, they could be "exchanged" with major forces for buildings, aid, etc.

-cancer and aids, pandemics (zombie scenario would be a lot of fun xD)
- we should see the garbage
- tropicans should plant themselves to clean areas, this would increase hapiness, and could be boosted with tv station, edicts
- surgery for accidents, soldiers wont die if they have higher experience, they would more likely to suffer accident, rebels also, they could turn to criminals (arrested)
- biofood, enviromentalist and naturalist, they would need biofood, solar electricity, etc.
- fixed scale roads (circles or hexes), fixed shape roads
-extra space on 2 sides of road, 300% of original, you can choose if dirt road, tarmac or 2 line road
- "save road parts" for example cloning a road and placing somewhere else
- highways, 1 direction roads, doubble roads, faster roads
- trains with 3 or more different types (old school, less pollution, magnetic electronic trains)
- bicycle roads (for enviromentalists)
- later: pipe roads with sci-fi like made of glass and almost instant transportation
- better roads should be constructed
- garage range: square range around garage, considered as sector, if peoples want to move out from that sector, only can do by accessing that garage

M. more control for el presidente
-slower time by default, make day and night cycles (bit darker), seasonal changes, raining, etc.
-at faster speed this could be changed
- improve farming via improving enviroment
- IQ test certification needed for certain buildings, his intelligence must be above or below something you need
- other perquesits for employing (must be brave, must be women or men, must have children, must be loyalist, etc.)
- static extra fee: extra fee for sweat shops, extra fee for having certain number of children, extra fee for archieved skill,
- if you fire somebody, respect decreases, more options: force him move to a building of same type, give him a reason why you fire (there is a different place where you want to employ him, demolishing the building)
- new religion: presidentionalism! presidente is the god!, member gathering from +++ loyal +++ religionist, when you have members, you could speed up process by giving them better chances xD
-each type of avatar could have a leader in ministry, they can improve their job or decrease
S. spend your swiss account to get palace upgrades, house, statues, more loyalist respect, humanitarian aid with money limit (converted to products)
Gameplay should be more diverse: start with more buildings, randomly, some of them free. Almanac is too powerful, garages are too big and we have no money to place everywhere, but out of range buildings are too bad, the island is too big for tropicans to walk on feet, and too many of them walks, what if we should start with a small research lab and research our way up in many directions? more labs- faster, academy only later. Everything should be researched and the more intelectuals, the faster research.
Game should have the possibility to reach 100% in any category, but also needs bigger impact when something happens, like you dont build clinics, this should affect more people. Almanac and tips should be more direct and useful but also you should invest to get quality tips.
Elections should be much more diverse, more opponents, minimum 3-9, its nice when you cant control directly. When you own all tw stations, ministry, money, buildings, salaries (most powerful) etc, then how can be hard to get voted?
Random events during election, you should answer on topics, but also your opponents.
Island locked in elections year, game pauses, you make the changes and let your island running, balance should be positive. Also almanac reports of the hapiness would be hidden. And several events may dissarange this even more. people become more concerned about their future, they become really sensitive about everything. Everything becomes unstable.
Maybe your opponents would be foreign rich people, which offer a new plan for tropico, criminal bosses, enviromentalist boss, healtcare boss, each with buildings to offer. Your errors in 4 years would pay even more and only at the end you would get a chance to see votes.
Then political challenge with your opponents, you must choose from a list, what is most important matter which affects the next 4 years. And some competition, journalists ask questions, you must answer and some factions get positive, others negative.
Then final round with 3 opponents. 4 parcels for private areas and equally a minimal sum, you can build something on it from a list, from the "Most wanted buildings in tropico".
If you win the elections would get a big sum of money, around 10k firstly, then more and more as years gone.
You would be able to fraud elections, kill oponents, accidents, disrespect them, each of this can be used only once.
