This is not a crash, just the game window that fails to be recreated. It's happening on WinXP. Try to start the game in a window and avoid changing the resolution. The problem will be fixed, but I dont know when...

For those experiencing real crashes (the game process cannot be found in the task manager) please append the corresponding log files (from %appdata%/tropico 4).
