The first Air line tycoon was great!
I see the release dates for the US, UK and Europe. Will the game be released in Australia? If so, where and when would I be able to get a copy?
Will there be an option to buy and download the game from Kalypso or Steam?

I cant say anything about a retail australian release. But you will of course be able to download the game from most of the digital portals like Steam or Gamersgate.
