Hey, just bought T4 and it has a critical error when I start the game, the video fails to initialise, please help. Im pretty sure I make the requirements.

You need a graphic card/chip with 3.0 shader support. Your graphic chip is only supported shader 2.0!

With my graphics card can I play tropico 3?
