Isn't that a bit harsh?
Where is the difference between uploading these action_voice files (which do not work by themselves and need a proper Disciples install) and posting things like Mods where data files provided with the game are uploaded, even in a modified form?

I have legally bought a copy of Resurrection and can prove this with my product key on request and all I was asking is if another legal buyer could upload these files.
I only needed to ask this in the first place because Kalypso made an IMO bad and unreasonable decision by not allowing to choose install language upon installation.
I bought the local German version as well of Renaissance and could choose to install the English version there, why can't I do this with Resurrection?
How about providing an explanation why this choice was made or suggesting how to solve the issue instead of just closing my thread?
The idea of Customer Service/Support?

What am I to do now?
Buy a further Resurrection version in English?
Stop playing Resurrection because I can't bear the voices and maybe not buying further D3 releases therefore?
Download a pirated English version and get the files from there?
Having gotten acquainted with such pirate file sites through this action pirating further D3 releases?
Sure, these are all hypothetical questions, what will most probably happen is that I will just get accustomed to some of these bad voice samples or turn off the sound.

From a formal and legal point of view you may be absolutely right.
With my product purchase, have I probably only acquired the rights to use the German version and the stuff that is on my DVD.
And it's probably the responsibility of a moderator to act like you did but I am really feeling disappointed and "pissed off" now as a faithful fan of the Disciples series and buyer of all D3 releases so far.
I would have wished for a bit more common sense judgement and a more comprehensible and reasonable policy in this matter.

IBTL. Also I do agree that it shows poor judgment on their side (like with the DVD-error). It's obviously Timo's job to supervise copyrights, but some common sense wouldn't hurt. Strict copyright enforcement just promotes piracy, because it allows customization.

RE: Reprise
Unfortunately, there is only so much stuff you can put on one DVD - even though it's a dual-layered one already. If we could have done it, we would have incorporated multiple language versions on a single disc. There is no "policy" involved here and it's not a deliberate choice to artificially limit language options. You bought a German language version and you got a German language version, it is clearly advertised as such.

This does not entitle you to download parts of the game you have not purchased or, even worse, ask others to provide them for you.

By leaving this thread open, I would only welcome others to do the same with their closed threads, so unfortunately, we can not discuss this issue any further. Thanks for your understanding.
