Plane size/distance?
Ok, after searching through the thread to find anything about this, which appears nobody has posted anything about this, I'm making this post to try and find out about this.

I currently have my home airport in London where I make most of my money from contracts, and there's been this 1 type of contract that I have yet been able to fulfill due to the passenger size and the distance that none of my planes in the fleet can accomendate it.

This particular contract tends to be something between London and Australia such as Sydney or Christchurch where the distance is over 18,000km with the number of passanger usually between 600-700. As far as I can tell and tried configuring every possible planes to meet those requirements, There isn't a single plane configuration that can accomendate this contract. Is there a plane model missing here or this contract possibly added in error without realizing the limitations to the game? Or even the possibility of stopovers to refuel?

I really like to know more about this as this type of contract is really nice to complete as it's usually $5-15 million upon completing on time.

If the plane is out of fuel it does a stop automatically and then goes to its destination but this counts as a emergency landing and loses popularity on the route.

The thing is you can't assign the contract to the plane if it's beyond their flight range.

I've run into problems like this as well. is there anywhere we can look to see max flight distance of a plane, or have it show which planes are capable of flying a route and carrying the correct number of passengers? (although the passengers part should be obvious, you should know what your highest passenger capacity is since you created the planes yourself).

I've found where the game shows thrust, fuel capacity, fuel consumption etc, but never found anywhere that showed max travel distance of the planes.

In aviation the term, Range, is used to describe the maximum distance a plane can fly from takeoff to landing with full fuel tanks. In AT2, an aircraft's range is typically displayed alongside all the other characteristics (i.e. thrust, fuel capacity, fuel consumption, etc.) of the aircraft.
