Hmm maybe I was still thinking of Tropico 3 with the Coal/Gas Plant.

Anyway I can say for sure watching the preview vid there is a Solar Power farm shown. Three of them actually. Also some weird looking farm in the upper right side of the vid. Maybe a covered Stadium. And a Skyscraper possibly some fancy super hotel.
