London Won't expand Wall
As per the title, London won't expand the wall. I keep paying for it in the city council and it says it's been approved etc, but it never happens. I'm stuck at the smallest wall size. Is this a known issue? I might have to try moving there and running for mayor.

Have you checked if one of the following things is happening:

- City under siege
* All building projects - those inside the wall too - are halted if a city is under siege.

- Multiple industries (at least 4) outside the walls
* A siege can destroy a building, which needs to be rebuild. Or the AI has destroyed a building because there's no profit for that good in the city; both giving too few industries outside the wall to justify the expansion.

- Enough building materials (bricks, wood, Metal Goods) present
* If there aren't enough building materials in the market present, there will be no construction. So make sure your administrator is selling the building materials to the city.

- No other building projects happening
* Building projects are done in the order they are given. Meaning if you build a dozen houses and industries and then get the approval of the new wall, the other buildings are put down first in the order you decided to place them. If the construction of the wall is approved after that, the wall construction is last.

I'll have a look. I've paid for it to go ahead several times now. I might just have to become mayor.
