well 5 bucks is a nice tip for the pizza guy, and ill bet if your a normal 5 dollar tiper, you will get better service in the end..

.. Im from the school of thought, if i can't afford to tip, i don't order.. Thankfully i enjoy red beans and rice, cause for 5 bucks i can eat for days!
the stuff wasnt just not included, it didn't exisit. So in a sence, if you waited for the original game, and all the DLC, and expansions to be included in one large edition.. You could of been waiting a year, or more verse playing it all in peices and we all know how much people like to wait right? A company says,, well we pushed the release back a year and people scream from the rooftops.
Honestly, i dont really mind the way game companies are doing things these days. if they push out DLC, and expansions, and people buy them, and that helps them produce a much larger game. Thats good for everyone.
It has basically become the safe way to produce games. Instead of having giant budgets, and 2-3 years.. they work with much smaller budgets, and release content more often. If it sells well, they continue, when it drops off, they produce the gold copy, end their development and move onto the next project. I for one hope modern times sells well, and perhaps we get another expansion.. I really like what someone suggested about a Prequel.. a more rural tropico would be a lot of fun.
As for the difficulty in GAR, It could have to do with your character builds. Some families i find more usefull than others. Basically i try to pick family traits, and city traits, and skip the war traits as they ar pretty pointless. I like the family thats about trade,, trade is a huge bonus in that game for earning money, or later building huge cities. If you would like some more advice on GAR just send me a PM.. I can help you out if your not that into stratagy games. GAR has some RTS like componets, and if your not familiar with that kind of game, it can be a little more difficlut.
