Has anyone heard if El Presidente will be free and fully customisable as in the first or will he be stuck with an historical name and backstory as with his piratey predecessors?

What do kalypso and Haemimont have to do to settle everyone's mind that T2 provides NO precidents for T3?

The developers have been as clear as they could be that El Presidente will be very customizable -- but in a different style.

It won't be completely and totally FREE because it does have to fit into the game. It wasn't that free in T1.

The tourists must love that in connection with the high class "football" team which forms the other reserve company of the Palace Guard.

Even if you are not in the tourist business, they keep life from being too boreing, eh?
