I play tropico 4 on xbox and I can't seem to figure out how to set the rent for all buildings of the same type. I believe on PC, you just hold the shift key while adjusting the rent. Is there a way to do this on the Xbox version?

BTW sorry if this has been covered before, but I did a search and can't find anything about it.

Easy, there's an icon to the right of the slider bar. Move onto that and click the button (A I think)

It's a little bit fiddly for some people but press A on the building, then use the D-pad to navigate the menu. There should be an icon on the right (as Mikee said) of the slide you use to set the rents. Go over it using the D-pad and it should say something like set rents for buildings of same type (or along those lines).

I think theres more than one icon but it says what the icon is for when you navigate to it. Works similarly for wage setting.

I've noticed those icons and tried them, but they never seem to work right for me. I'm glad Club Tropicana mentioned that they are fiddly for other people too so I don't feel like such a dummy.

Guess I'll keep messing with them.
