I loved Blades of Destiny, Star Trail, Shadows over Riva, Drakensang, and River of Time!

So naturally I'm interested in this one.

This game looks very different from those though, in a new direction perhaps. How is this game compared to those ones? Is it like any of them? Or is it maybe more like Two Worlds?

I'd be pretty disappointed if they go with an action style, rather than a more traditional approach. I'm already disappointed that they have a main character, this would mean ZERO character creation. The Dark Eye is ALL about character creation... so... you can imagine how a fan would feel(like me).

I already thought that Drakensang Online was the final nail in the coffin for The Dark Eye in video games, then I got excited about this one, but I'm not sure what to think of it yet. I don't mind action games mind you, but the whole point of The Dark Eye isn't about action.

A license being destroyed to suit console gamers?
Or another good Dark Eye game like Drakensang?

Drakensang has nothing to do with Demonicon, this was an other developer and they are bankrupt now because... well, the game was just to expensive and different I think. No naked girls, no blood and so on...

It's over with Drankensang, enjoy the two games and that's it. There will be no more games like that in the DSA Universe and right now they go other ways and try to earn some money with it - maybe. An adventure game is coming soon, an browser game and Demonicon here, but no more party based game. Of course this is it what DSA-fans wants to see, but no one wants to make such an game and goes bankrupt too with it, and I understand this.

But this Demonicon game is in development a long time ago and this was always an action game. They go now more into the Witcher/Gothic-Style, in the first time it was planed more Diablo-Style but this is history now.
