[Idle Suggestion] Rewards for pleasing factions.
I like the current mechanic for "Faction Disasters", even if factions seem pretty easy to keep happy most of the time.

Just an unlikely-to-be-implemented thought, what about getting bonuses from factions if you can keep them very happy (100+%) for a few months?

Perhaps:

Capitalist - Invisible Hand: Small boost to export price.
Communist - Worker's Paradise: All Job Quality ratings improve slightly.
Intellectual - Tropican Renaissance: Service Quality of all educational buildings improves/Media buildings have their upkeep decreased significantly.
Religious - Charitable Volunteering: Service Quality of all healthcare buildings improves.
Militarist - Honour and Glory: Soldiers gain skill at an increased rate.
Environmentalist - Gaian Paradise: Beauty across the island increases.
Nationalist - Community Spirit: All Housing Quality ratings improve slightly.
Loyalist - Fanaticism - Die Hard Loyalists will fight alongside your army in the event of a Coup/Rebel Attack. (Though they're not very effective and this mostly has the effect of getting some of them killed off.)

So there's some ideas. Neat? Not?

Any other suggestions?

For Environmentalist I would have something else such as a Tourism and Agricultural boost.

For Religious I would do something that is the opposite of Anathema which improves the respect of all Churchgoers.

Good idea. Also, make it so that Communists, Capitalists and Nationalists mutually hate eachother, so if you have high standing, with say, the Communists, your standing with the Nationalists and Capitalists would be lowered, since they have vastly different views.
