Of course i did, and it is playable when i am connected to the internet, I just don't usually have my xbox online that much.
Is there any information i could actually give you to help me with this? I have Tropico 4 itself installed on my xbox 360, Modern times is the only DLC i have downloaded.
When i am offline, it doesn't even try to look for the DLC.

Yep, using the exact same profile that i downloaded it with. It is just a matter that internet connection being there when i start the game.
When i am connected, everything loads up fine with the "Modern Times" backsplash and all options.
When i am offline, it acts as if there is no such thing as DLC, The "Please wait while we check for DLC" screen never ever pops up, and runs the game as if it is just plain ol' Tropico 4.

I figured as much, worst part is, if this is patched, it is gonna be weeks before they finish the patch, then a few more weeks for M$ to put it through their process...
