So let's begin
To start let's talk about tools that help me in the experiment.
These are: one pen, one notebook, two cans of cola, one pizza, one free evening and of course - Pole Position 2012. Version of the game is steam, with updates, adds a real team names and drivers. Added own team starts without money, reputation, and fans but we had finished the fan-shop and the start technology.
Because at the start, we need to do a lot of things, I decided to organize a story about the experiment like the diary.

day 1

To begin, we're going to hire drivers. Of course only the worst of them agree to play for our team. So I thought. In fact, all is not so bad.
Meet:
Adrian Sutil, Nelson Piquet Jr. They are the best of free drivers. We offer them a variety of bonuses for winning the championship and races to save our money on their salary. Racers sign a contract under the following conditions. It is guaranteed.

3 fan service - one is signed
6 pit crew - thanks, we don't need
At first, who is the most important people in the team? There are... office workers of course. Their main priority is signing sponsorship contracts. And we can't survive without sponsors.
In this case sponsors absolutely don't wont to put their logo on our spoiler, what is more, they full refuse to talk to someone unknown.
I conducted research which found that we need 306 man-days to sign an agreement with the first sponsor. Here I present a summary on the first 4 companies.

So, we nessesary need to sign one fatty sponsor like the Nikita or the CPU before the start of the season.
Let's divide 406 to 6 employees. It is 67.5 days. Hooray, we have this time.
But we don't get to use 456 work days, with 6 employees up to 12 March.
So we are working with Nikita for the full program, and all new staff (yes! we need EVERY DAY to come to the job market to find suitable staff) we send to work on other projects.
We learned a lot about the sponsors now we can do research.
I have decided to postpone the development of ours own aerodynamics until the next season, and now we are investing in the passive optimization. 10 designers promise to finish it after 36 days and the same number of thousand dollars.
But we also need to give the work to coaches.
I sent coaches to teach drivers the passing of turns. We have two whistles on each driver.
Finally, under the evening of this turbulent day, we are going to our shop to fix prices. To be honest, I was always too lazy to engaged these. In this I put the price of 2-3 dollars above cost. That's it.
