RE: Modern Times and FX Interactive.
The FX version of Tropico 4 was heavily modified and thus is no longer compatible with Kalypso Launcher DLC. Tropico DLC is supported for Kalypso published versions of Tropico 4 only.

If you have the FX version of Tropico 4 and purchased the DLC already, you are eligible for a refund via support@kalypsomedia.com

And that's all? No future plans about the expansion in spanish? Because you told me the expansion was already translated, and I think that's a waste of money if in the end you're not going to release it.

But we are releasing it, for the Kalypso published versions of Tropico 4. Plus, Tropico 4 and Modern Times are also available from Steam in Spanish language.

Thanks for the fact. Now I only have to buy again Tropico 4+DLCs+Expansion in Steam. I think I'll resell the FX version and refund the expansion.

And Timo answered you that the expansion in Spanish is released - but is not compatable with FX Interactive's unique rendition.

It appears you need to ask FX Interactive what their plans are for 'Modern Times.'

Could it be that FX Interactive introduces modifications into their licenses so as to make them incompatable with the actual publisher's version with the result that FX Interactive becomes the de facto 'sole source' in the Spanish, Latin American, and Italian markets?
