Why ask a question that no one can answer. If you read the German forum the admin said they can not say what time.

Just wait and if you don't receive one then better luck on the 20th if nothing then,its just bad luck.

Hmmm according to the Beta Test agreement the person/s involved may not give any information to any third parties, reviews, press or otherwise.

So that means kids that those who are chosen will not say so unless an admin makes an announcement.
Should have seen that the first time >.<
