P4 Gold - Abbruch bei Spielstart.

P4 Gold - Abbruch bei Spielstart.
Hallo,

ich habe heute die Gold Edition von P4 erworben. Leider habe ich es bisher nicht geschafft auch nur ein Spiel zu starten. Ich hoffe, dass jemand unter den Lesern die Problematik kennt und mir weiterhelfen kann.

Die Installation lief problemlos, das Spiel startete nach kurzem Zögern.

Problemsituation 1 - Bei Spielstart:

Ich kann mich in einem neuen Fenster im Kalypso-Launcher anmelden, P4 Gold Edition auswählen. (soweit ok)

Anschließend erscheint ein 3cm auf 1cm großes Fensterchen, das schnell wieder verschwindet. Stattdessen kommt der P4 Gold Edition Schriftzug. (immer noch ok)

Im Spielmenü kann ich die Optionen verstellen oder über Freies Spiel bzw Kampagne meinen Avatar erstellen. (ok)

Ab hier ist es nicht mehr ok:
Doch sobald ich auch Spiel Starten klicke wird der Bildschrim schwarz und Windows teilt mir mit, dass das Spiel nicht mehr funktioniert, und ich die Wahl habe zwischen Spiel beenden und Online nach einer Lösung zu suchen.

Problemsituation 2 - Bei Spielmenue verlassen:

Wenn ich statt den obigen Absturz zu provozieren scon im Menue auf Spiel verlassen klicke, wird der Bildschirm hellblau und ich muss P4 über den Task Manager killen.

Ich habe die Demo-Version von P4 heruntergeladen und installiert. Das Demo läuft bislang problemfrei. ... Falls das hilft.

Danke für den guten und ausführlichen Bericht!
Was mich an deinem System etwas wundert, ist dass deine nicht vorhandene(?) Soundkarte.
Hast du überhaupt Sound? Des Weiteren könnte evtl. schon ein Update deines Grafikkartentreibers (ist ca. 1 Jahr alt) Abhilfe leisten. Falls nicht, einfach nochmal melden Wink

Ich neuerer Treiber für die Grafikkarte ist nicht verfügbar. Ich hab laut Windows den aktuellsten ..

Aber:
Ich habe eine onboard Soundkarte ... und du hast recht, sie wird nicht erkannt ...

Ich hab jetzt die Speaker angeschlossen und den Sound getestet. Musik / Video / Windows Sounds: alles wird abgespielt.

Big Grin Und jetzt, da der Kopfhörer steckt, läuft auch das Spiel ... Obwohl ich im Spiel alle Sounds deaktiviert habe. ...

Vielen Dank für die Hilfe.
