hello

i am currently doing mission 3, gain 75% of passengers of the NY to Frank route.

I have 6 planes flying the route all at different times, all pimped out to the max, easy enough room to take 75% of the demand.
My company image is 80%, my competitors are 30% due to my marketing campaign yet i can only get 40% max of the passengers.

One of my competitors has no money, company image is 30%, planes are rated at 50% yet he can still hold onto 35% of the passengers.

Am i missing something?? or do the game mechanics need a bit of a tweak?

Have you tried to lower the price to get full load of passengers on every plane?

That price dump button helps alot! Best marketing is free seat LOL! Thats how I beat it with help from using bigger planes too!
