I deleted the game, and now i cannot get it to run. it will not except the email address of my account or it says that my product code is already in use. I have removed and reloaded the game 5 times. what do I do to get the game running again. my e-mail address is (deleted by Admin).

Please do not publish your own email address in the forum, contact Kalypso Support via support@kalypsomedia.com and do not forget to name the game (which you didn't so far).
