Probably a bug, but it's amusing none the less. My newly-hired death squads go around the city looking for criminals to "re-educate." And by city, I mean the front doors of my nearby prison. They are so diligent in their duties to re-educate parolees that they never leave. Ever. It's like a GameStop on a midnight launch of a AAA title... only with weapons instead of neckbeards.

Indeed. It's sad when some people ignore the context of a post to say something blatantly obvious.
If acb11 needs just a little extra help, the context of the post is "This is a bug report. My death squads will never move from the front of a prison with a criminal inside."

Well then they are not death squads then. They are just SWAT officers and obviously your criminals still haven't learnt their lesson so they are doing their job effectively.

They don't take coffee and donut breaks. I don't tolerate law enforcement officers on my island unless they have a BMI of over 40 and take four hours off their daily work schedule for Dunkin Donuts.
