The first one is yours, and the second is the right one (I think/hope) Perhaps just the problem is with the second one is that reminds me of some other games But ofc, at the end I did almost only found yours and "no one exist"-sings...

I have to agree the first cover looks a little bit creepy (but then again it's el pres), the second cover reminds me of Oblivions the Elder Scrolls (sans the oblivion logo).

Nobody important has released any information about this yet, as far as I know. However its more likely that it will be something like Tropico 1's cover, which means the first one would fit in the most.

I believe Timo confirmed somewhere that this is indeed the cover art for the game.
