Hi all,

I really need help I'm not versed with pcs I just play games. When I play tropico 4 after bout 30 mins to an hour it crashes the screen either goes red or green with vertical call lines the sound is still there but when I try to ctrl alt dlt the sound freaks out to a high pitch noise and the only way to stop the the game is to hold down the power button till its off. Even I know you shouldn't do that.

Now it's not a graphics issue coz mine is brand new a radeon he 6970 I'm not sure wat it means but it's big soo big I had to get a new tower to fit the stupid thing and it's not a heating issue coz I've got three fans and I've had it looked at and tested by a "professional" that I paid to tell me there's nothing wrong after testing it for 2 days he even said it was really powerful. I've looked at other threads and there's lots of technical stuff I really don't understand this is my first ever post I hope someone knows how to fix the problem.

Any ideas?
