Just discovered this game recently, and I'm really excited about it!

I spent a good hour or more browsing the wealth of information provided by Kalypsochris and it has gotten me excited along with 2 of my mates who are going to invest into this game. Only negative aspect I have to say is that you guys have seriously downplayed the sandbox mode in terms of advertisement. Just some constructive criticism - It is a serious crippling mistake to not include the word sandbox on your website, nor is it included on Steam. It is explicitly mentioned in an interview, a preview that I read and somewhere on the forums here as well, but not including it on the website nearly potentially lost you 3 customers.

When I discovered this through a friend, looked at it and saw this - "Play alone or dominate with friends – an extensive single-player campaign coupled with a strong multiplayer focus ensure an engaging experience" along with the info on a co-op campaign, I immediately thought that the game would not have a sandbox mode, but a multiplayer co-op campaign setting. So this game was spread through teamspeak, via word of mouth, and as such, 2 others nearly lost interest if it wasn't for the fact that I took a second look at it three days later (today) and through searching the forums and reading the published linked interview, that it did indeed have a sandbox mode.

Naturally I would have had a look at the game on release anyhow, but still, don't underestimate the word sandbox and how it ties in with space strategy sims, it is a very appealing game mode specifically for multiplayer.

Anyhow, I have a question about carriers. I'm aware there is ships with special abilities that can host fighters and that, but is there a support class such as a Carrier, dedicated solely towards fighter support?

Also, can the small fighters be customised in any way? An idea I had would be to allow a quick icon tab on the cap-ships that allow you to select a preset layout for your fighters before launch. Quick and easy way to customise their layout. Perhaps this could be done prior in the ship design menu?

Hi there and thank you for your interest in Legends of Pegasus and for taking a second look. Sandbox seemed self-evident for for a 4X. Maybe I'll add it to the website. Thanks for telling us.

As you can create each ship individually, there is no need for a dedicated carrier class. You can put hangar bays with fighters, bombers, interceptors, etc. on any ship that is big enough. The fighters will automatically launch from that ship and return to reload, etc. You can not control them.
