Short story: Im friends with Britain. I dislike holland. Britains goes to war with Holland. I attack Holland with the Marque. But when i goto Annex the town it says Holland has too few towns. Thats not cool, why is it doing this?!?!

To prevent a situation where you can genuinely wipe out a nation. Just gotta understand that *alot* of the underlying game mechanics rely on there being four nations present. I know I know I kind of wanted to go to war with them and wipe them all out too but this isn't Total War: Port Royale, its "Pirates and Merchants" and its not really until more modern times that thieving merchants manage to buy out entire nations
