We have now finalized the details and are starting to provide a free loyalty bonus package for customers affected by technical issues with Legends of Pegasus.

We sincerely apologize for the problems and disappointment experienced during the launch of this title and to show our commitment to both the game and our community we will be providing free Steam keys for our titles "Patrician IV" and "Dungeons".

In order to obtain this bonus, please send an email to support@kalypsomedia.com, attaching the email purchase confirmation from Steam or any kind of receipt/proof of purchase (or equivalent) for the game and using the subject "Legends of Pegasus Loyalty Bonus". We promise to make the process as smooth as possible for you.

Please be assured that we will continue to work on future updates to the game using the incredibly helpful and constructive feedback provided by the great community on these forums.

Dear valued customers and community members,

It has now been over a month since Legends of Pegasus was released - we have put out over 10 updates during this period and provided a large volume of free loyalty bonus product keys for free. While we are still planning to release more updates the game, we won't be able to give out any more free loyalty bonus codes from now on.

If you haven't already contacted our email support in this matter until now, please note no new codes will be sent from this day (September 21st) on. All backlogged requests and open support tickets will be processed in due course.

Thanks for your patience, understanding and the great feedback and comments that were posted on the forums which helped us turn the game into a better experience for everyone! Stay tuned for more in the near future.
