I don't think the Xbox version has received the update to 1.03 yet but this issue may still be present in the patched version.
The multiplayer co-op mission 'Jail Break' does not work! I have spent a fair amount of time in the MP (when I can find players) and all the other missions work without any problems, but so far the Jail Break one has always messed up.
I have only tried it 3 times, but all 3 times were with different people and the same thing happened on every occasion: at some point the clock would run out on an AI turn (the AI would fail to act) and then just stay stuck at 0 and nothing progresses. Happens every single time. So I no longer play that mission - it's also a bit unbalanced in difficulty. Considering you only have 2 guys each (instead of 4) and there's about 15 guys right in front of you!
That bug was reported and sadly still exists...
Do you have daredevil in your gang?

Well I think.
Here's my theory : sometimes you kill someone and he should be playing the next turn. If you click 'end turn' too quickly (before the target is removed of the turn list), it'll lead to the system giving the turn to someone which can't play (because he is dead!).
So timer just goes down to 0, and get stuck.

In MP interface, when someone's enter or leaves, the player list scroll-bar resets its position.
It's annoying when trying to find someone in the list (which isn't even ordered).
Would also be nice to be able to right-click a nickname in the chat and have the same action list as with players from the list.
Also you maybe should add a limitation on players name length to prevent abuses...

I was playing the Kentucky Ave. map (partner in the Harlem Club) where you need to build a Bookmaking operation, which I did. Some minutes later, the same site as the Bookmaker ALSO started to show an owned Joint indicator -- which _could_ be developed into the Joint of your choice. But when I did do that (thinking maybe the site had become a duplex), the Bookmaker disappeared AND so did the new operation, reverting the site to Joint site available for development status. And the next, and the next, etc.
ADDENDA: Same thing cropped up on another map, so it's not specific to only the Kentucky Ave. map.
