We need windowed mode.
There is absolutely no reason for games to not have windowed mode, especially with the ever-growing population of dual-monitor'd computers.
Has anyone figured out a workaround that /works/ for this?
DXWnd is broke, alt+enter is disabled, haven't found any shortcut appends, this is seriously a big issue with this game.

Lots of people that I know, including myself, use slow-paced games like this while we work (working from home).
It's nearly impossible to multitask with Tropico 3 in its current state as alt-tabbing pauses the game, making it impossible to make a change, get back to work while you wait for a bit, then get back to Tropico 3.
