One of the problems is that this issue flared up on the forum just recently. Most of the KM staff are out of the office (since they work in Europe.) As a result, I cannot guarantee that anyone will be on to answer your questions in immediate future.

As redundant as this must sound- we really appreciate your patience, and this issue will be addressed asap.

Will we have to wait for Monday morning to have that answer you promised ?

I have NEVER seen an application that is put in production on Friday evening !
