This may have been answered elsewhere but I'll ask anyway

My Account name and password vanished and now I can't remember what it was and have tried to create a new account, but it won't let me.

Where can I find my account information so I can use it to log into Multiplayer? Is there a way to set up a new account without seeing the error message about the Serial Number already in use?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!!
