When I played this campaign, I found a possible bug. The island comes with three Arch Sites and I developed them for tourism. The problem was I could not get any staff to work in them. Even if I requested a Foreign Expert, the little number next to the ship would just sit at "1" for the remainder of the game. I was still able to win the scenario, however I found this to be strange. Any ideas??

I had the same thing happen. Also I can never get anyone to work in the pyramid if I select the sell artifacts for swiss bank option.

Glad it was not just me. I hope this can be addressed in a patch in the future.

But the big question is, does it need to be addressed just in the Campaign mission -- or is it a bug in the other parts of the game as connected with the Arch. Sites?

I've played 11 of the 15 islands, so far this is the only one that I have had the issue.
