[Tech] Dungeons 3 (v1.3.1) - Bugreport thread

While we of course hope that none of you encounters any bugs at all, we are aware that a software product will never be 100% bug free.
Please feel free to post any bugs in this thread and we have a look at them and evilfy every bug possible.

So please feel free to use this thread to report in-game bugs.
(Ensure your game is updated to version v1.3.1 before reporting and please use the search function to avoid reposting bugs that might have already been posted.)

In case of graphics display issues or crashes, please include a DxDiag summary and describe reproduction steps if possible.
We will look at every reported issue to ensure a quick solution provided, if necessary.

To create the DxDiag.txt, please do the following:
Click "Start" button and choose "Run". Or alternatively, press (Windows-Button)+R.
Then type "dxdiag" (without quotation marks) and click Ok.
You will find all relevant information in the following window.
Click the "Save all Information" button, located at the bottom of the program window.
Save the file as "dxdiag.txt".
Attach the file "dxdiag.txt" with your reply.

Hi I got dungeons 3 for the PS4 and i have been mainly playing on the skirmish maps when my dungeon gets large and a lot of things are happening the game crashes and i get the (CE-34878-0) error message

to get this sorted properly, please get in touch with our technical support:

and provide them with as much information and details as possible.

In the meantime, please check, if there are other applications running in the background, close them and also check, if you have enough disk space still left on your storage, as a full storage might also cause performance problems across the whole system, not just in Dungeons 3.

I get the same.

Playing Skirmish and its every 10 mins. ITs when I have max creatures all at level 10. essentially a full dungeon it constantly crashes. Got about 500 GB free storage, no background applications running. When it crashes, there is an option to report and send a video clip. I do this all the time. I've had a bout 30 crashes in a couple hours. Makes it unplayable since I don't save every 5 mins.

Also the heath bottles on Ps4 im unable to use on any creature. Got about 6 floating about the dungeon.

i found that after deleting the application and reinstalling it, rebuilding the database, and power cycling my ps4 it happens a little less often also deleting around 300gb of stuff on my ps4

so theres been a pc update. thats cool but it does not answer the qustion of where is the console update, infact every post here is about the ps4. so saying theres a pc fix does nothing to help and makes usconsole gamers feel more isolated and forgotten.

Hi everybody,
please be aware that console-patches simply cannot be applied ad hoc by us, as can the PC-Patches, simply as those need to be tested and approved by Sony, too.
So the current patch for consoles are already at Sony and Microsoft and they need to test and approve those before they can go live. So until then we cannot do anything rather than wait for the approval.
So stay tuned.

Hello

I have recently to buy dungeons 3 on pc and has every time I play, after a few minutes, the game crash in the following way
Black screen
Return towards the desk, the game is active during some moment (the sound is present but not the image)
Then an error message followed by a bug report that here is
