I have downloaded the new expansion pack for Grand Ages: Rome, installed it and it worked fine until I shut down my computer. The next day I kept getting critical error messages stating that "The original copy of the game is not installed."

Since getting this message i have un-installed and re-installed both the expansion and the main game and i keep getting the same error. I have re downloaded the expansion pack from gamesplanet.com and reinstalled everything and i keep getting the same error.

I can run the original game, and the updates to 1.11, just can't run the new expansion. Was able to play it once and it was pretty awesome and i want to play it again.

Intel Core 2 Quad CPU
4 gig ram
Directx 9.0c
NVidia GeForce GTS 250

So I did the the forum link said to do and now when i launch the game, It freezes up at the windows on the desktop, and i have to ctrl+alt+del and it shows GA:R ROA and a critical error. I try to click on the error but it doesn't show anything.

I have looked for the error log file but can't find it, and I have no idea have to proceed forward at this point
