I believe a class action lawsuit would suffice. It's not even about the money at this point, it's to simply force them to take gamers seriously.

Completely broken? Stop being so dramatic. A feature (yes thats right, saving in a game is a feature, did you know games in the past never had saves? once you died/turned it off, that was it) is broken in the game, yeah, we all get it. Class action lawsuit? Please.

I want the patch as much as you do, don't get me wrong. I lose about 90% of my islands that i make because of the issue, but i also know i have nowhere near the capabilities to make the patch myself, and unless you do (or anyone else here, for that matter) i don't think you're in a position to hound them.

Yeah they know it exists, and honestly i bet they know how much its damaged their reputation already. But that doesn't mean they are just going to give up.

If you can make the patch faster than they are, you go right ahead. Until then, i really don't think any of the groups and things you say here matter.

Just my 0.01 pence.

Yes, I'll admit that was an over-dramatic comment, but it was out of frustration. I'm not a game developer Mike, I'm a gamer. I don't make games for a living Mike, I play them. I completely understand that games aren't perfect upon release, BUT that shouldn't exempt companies (like Kalypso) to dispaly horrible communication regarding game patches.

I'm frustrated because the people with this save issue are being ignored. I'm not upset about the delayed patch and the fact that they can't fix it, they're simply IGNORING it, and that part pisses me off.

I'm not like you 'Mike Langlois', my schedule doesn't permit me to be able to play Tropico 3 for 4 straight hours without saving like the good ol' days where this save 'feature' didn't exist. Therefore, being able to save a game is very important to me.
