Clinics and Hospitals

Buenas Noches Señor!
Preventive Medicines as you know mean that citizens don't need to attend the Clinic/Hospital as often as usual, say if you were to have Obstetrics or Gerontology then the citizen would have to attend the Clinic/Hospital more often.
Obstetrics mean that women are more likely to become pregnant, practically an easier way to increase population without having Contraception Ban edit on, or waiting for an immigration surge.
Gerontology means that citizens can live longer, however, this is rendered useless as citizens still retire at the same age and therefore you are basically paying more money out on pensions (if you have Social Security edict issued).
Clinics and Hospitals are almost the same, however, a Hospital requires more staff, electricity and maintenance. But provides a greater amount of health care to your citizens, and better service quality.
I suggest switching between Preventive Medicines and Obstetrics. Depending on whether your population are starting to die, or you're wanting a larger population. Gerontology is useless in my personal opinion.
Yours Faithfully,
