Training turned off in demo?
For some reason the buttons within the training dialog box are greyed out when I play the two compaign missions. I can do the training during the tutorial missions though.

Does the demo have this limitation?

yes - cause they are all mafia and have no interest in your training - or something.

Training is turned off in the 2nd mission yes, its part of the mission.
You can train your people in the first missions though.

I can confirm that this option is not available in the second demo mission. It's part of this mission's challenge to have totally unskilled and mostly useless employees.

Training employees is of course possible in other missions and the custom game mode in the full version.

Right downstairs in the lobby at the Film and Slave office. Where you can buy shows to air.
There are two arrows at the top of the pane allowing you to cicle from completed shows/series/movies to concepts and also to employees.

I know the mission goal is to earn 2mil and the quickest way to get there is by simply buying formats and airing them with advetisement contracts.
But I like this game too much so I try to drag the demo out as long as I can.
Setting up a whole in-house production and desperatly trying to stay away from 2mil.

Sounds like you would enjoy the "endless game" option in the full version, Sinned. ^^

Most definitely, as well as the campaign and the co-op multiplayer.
